LUCIANO EMILIO SOCCER CLUB

The Luciano Emilio Brazilian Soccer Academy

Policies and Procedures

 Welcome to LESC INTERNAZIONALE:

We are a new branch of LESC - Brazilian Soccer Academy. In this program, we focus on selecting players that are at an advanced level. These players get more exposure than regular soccer academies usually have.

We as a youth club, parents, coaches, volunteers, and agents; will do everything in our power to teach, guide, and encourage the players. However, players must demonstrate passion, dedication, and commitment to the Academy.

EXPECTATIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR PLAYERS 2024-2025

1) Players should demonstrate fair play and good sportsmanship at every practice, game, and tournament. They should encourage fair play and good sportsmanship among your teammates.

2) Attend all practices and games and notify your coach as soon as possible if he is unable to make a game or practice.

3) All academy players must report to practices and games on time. If players are late, coaches are not required to put them in the game to make up for lost time

4) Attend practices and games ready to learn. You accept responsibility for bringing any equipment needed for practice and games. Know that shin guards are required playing games or practices

without shin guards is not allowed, and jewelry is not allowed during games. Wear the proper uniform for all games.

5) Listen, watch, and learn from your trainers. If you don't understand a concept or training point, we encourage you to ask questions and try to learn as best you can.

6) Always treat other players, coaches, officials, and fans with respect and expect to be treated accordingly. Do not direct negative comments at them on or off the field.

7) If your division has referees, please recognize that refereeing is a difficult job and that the referee has full and sole authority to judge the game under the Laws of the Game. Do not discuss or make any negative comments to the referees before, during, or after the match. Show respect and support to the referees and accept their judgments.

8) Remember that you represent LESC, and misbehavior during practices, games, or tournaments can result in loss of playing time or even ejection from the team if continued repeatedly.

9) All MSI Rec and Classic players must commit to the club for the season. For traveling players, they must commit to the club's season from September 1 to July 1. During this time, players and parents are also committed to the cost which depends on the age or level at which the player participates.

Lastly, no player may play for any other club or team without the consent or direction of the LESC Director.

10) All players, once committed to the club, are expected to only play for the club unless otherwise directed by the manager, manager, or club.

11) All players with financial aid must sign the "Scholarship Code of Conduct" as well as the Lesc Code of Conduct.

GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS, GUARDIANS AND BYSTANDERS

1) All travel team players are expected to be committed to the Eternal 11 soccer agency for the

entire season beginning September 1 and ending June 15. Players will not be allowed to play for any other club outside of Lesc or the team during the fall, winter, and spring seasons. If a player decides to leave Lesc during the season between July 1 of a certain year and September 1 of the following year, each case will be evaluated individually by the LESC Director, but if the parents of the youth and player decide to leave, they must comply with the commitment to pay the remaining balance of the annuity of $3,160.00 established below, which includes the autumn, winter, and spring seasons.

Tuition per 2-month season includes the league for ages U10-U18.

Summer $490 / Fall season $600 / Winter 1-$600 / Winter 2-$490 / Spring season $600

As a nonprofit organization, financial support will be determined according to the household's yearly income.

Tuition for the season may vary according to the league’s value. For example, spring and fall are the official seasons which include league fees, players’ cards, referee fees, and field rental fees for practices or games.

Season fees do not include uniforms, tournaments, and international travel.

2) Provide positive reinforcement, attention, and encouragement to teams. Refrain from making negative comments to any child or their teammates on and off the field about their soccer team, teammates, referees, and coaches. Don't be a coach or sideline referee.

8) Do everything possible to make soccer fun for your child and remember that it is your child who is playing, not you. Keep in mind that the benefits of development, teamwork, and fun far outweigh the benefits or emphasis on winning at any cost.

9) Treat other fans, coaches, players, and officials with respect. Do not coach or shout instructions from the sideline to any player, including your own child, as this can confuse or distract players during practices and games, conflict with the coach's direction, and put pressure on unnecessary players.

10) Remember that as a fan you represent LESC Internazionale. Misbehavior during practices,

games, or tournaments may result in ejection from the soccer field. If this happens repeatedly, it could result in expulsion from the club. Please do not publicly speak ill of our club as this behavior may negatively affect future opportunities for players and managers.

11) Recognize that refereeing is a difficult job and that, under the laws of the game, the referee has full and exclusive authority to judge the match. Do not discuss or make direct negative comments to the referees before, during or after the game. Show respect and support to the referees and accept their judgments.
