Welcome to LESC INTERNAZIONALE:
LESC -Luciano Emilio Brazilian Soccer Academy, players' parents, employees, volunteers, coaches, and agents will do everything possible
to teach, guide, and encourage players. However, players must demonstrate passion, dedication, and Commitment to the Academy.
EXPECTATIONS & GUIDELINES FOR PLAYERS 2022-2013
1) Demonstrate fair play and good sportsmanship at every practice, game, and tournament. Encourage fair play and good sportsmanship from your teammates.
2) Attend every practice and game and notify your coach as soon as possible if you cannot make a game or a practice.
3) All players from the academy should report to practices & games on time. If players are late, the coaches are not obligated to put them in the game to make up for a lost time.
4) Attend practices and games ready to learn. Accept responsibility for bringing any equipment necessary for practice and games. Know that shin guards are mandatory and play in games or practices is not permissible without shin guards, and that jewelry is not allowed to be worn during games. Wear the proper uniform to all games.
5) Listen, watch, and learn from your coaches. If you do not understand a concept or coaching point, we encourage you to ask questions and try to learn to the best of your ability.
6) Always treat other players, coaches, officials, and fans respectfully, and expect to be treated accordingly. Do not direct negative comments to them on or off the field.
7) If your division has referees, recognize that refereeing is a difficult job and that the Referee is given the full and sole authority to judge the match by the Laws of the Game. Do not argue or make any negative comments to the referees before, during, or after the match. Show respect for and support the referees and accept their judgments.
8) Remember that you are representing LESC, and poor behavior during practices, games, or tournaments may result in lost playing time or even expulsion from the team, if it continues repeatedly.
9) All MSI Rec and Classic players must commit to the club for the season. Travel players must commit to the club season from September 1 – July 1. During this time players and parents are also committed to the cost which is dependent upon the age or level of the player participating. Lastly, no players are allowed to play for any other club or team without the consent or direction of the LESC Director.
10) All players once committed to the club are expected to only play for the club unless directed otherwise by the coach, director, or club.
All players on fi GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS, GUARDIANS, AND SPECTATORS
All travel team players are expected to be committed to LESC for the entire season beginning September 1 and ending June 15.
Players will not be allowed to play for any other club outside of Lesc or the team during the fall, winter, and spring seasons. If a player decides to leave Lesc during the season between July 1 of a certain year and September 1 of the following year, each case will be evaluated individually by the LESC Director, but if the parents of the youth and player decide to leave, they must comply with the commitment to pay the remaining balance of the annuity, established below, which includes the autumn, winter, and spring seasons. Season fees it does not include leagues or Tournaments.

Season fees don’t include Uniforms, tournaments, any international program, and also any dc united event.
Provide positive reinforcement, care, and encouragement to the teams. Refrain from making negative comments to any child or his/her teammates on and off the field about their soccer team, teammates, referees, and coaches. Do not be a sideline coach or referee.
1) Encourage fair play and good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, and officials at every practice, game, or tournament. No parent is allowed to play or coach during practice or games. Parents should always remain off the field of play.
2) Place the emotional and physical well-being of your child and other players ahead of the desire to win.
3) Support coaches and officials who instruct your child in order to encourage a positive and enjoyable experience for all. Realize the coaches are making a substantial commitment to LESC Internazionale and your child.
4) You may talk to coaches before and after practices but not directly after games. Please wait until the next day or training session to speak to your coach.
5) Please address any questions or concerns with the administration and not the coaches so that the coaches can focus on practices and games.
6) Do your best to make soccer fun for your child, and remember that your child is the one playing the game, and not you. Realize that the benefits of development, teamwork, and fun far outweigh the benefits or emphasis on winning at any cost.
7) Treat other fans, coaches, players, and officials with respect. Do not coach or yell instructions from the sideline to any player, including your own child, realizing that this may confuse or distract the players during practices and matches, may conflict with the coach’s direction, and could put unnecessary pressure on the players.
8) Remember that as a fan, you represent LESC Internazionale. Poor behavior during practices, games, or tournaments may result in expulsion from the soccer field. If this happens repeatedly, it could result in expulsion from the club. Do not publicly speak badly about our club as this behavior can negatively affect future opportunities for players and coaches.

Do not argue or make any direct negative comments to the referees before, during, or after the match. Show respect and support for the referees and accept their judgments.
12) LESC Internazionale has the right to photograph and/or film your son or daughter. For example, gameplay shots during our upcoming season will be uploaded to the website. (Social media outlets as well) advertisements and promotions such as flyers and banners could contain these kinds of media as well. Things of this nature should be encouraged, as we believe it will only help us grow. Player excitement and enthusiasm is an essential components of the environment we are creating.
13)Know that heavy rain, lightning and/or thunder, high winds, tornado warnings, and unusually wet field conditions can result in the cancellation of practice.
14)Payments will be made before the season starts. (League fees are not included in any season payment and the only payment method is a credit card or debit card. League fees will not be accepted if season payments are late.)
14b) Payments must be made on time; the club reserved the right to enforce late fees and penalties for not meeting payment deadlines for league and training fees. The penalties could result in suspension or possibly expulsion.
SUSPENSION & EXPULSION POLICY: Disrespectful, unsportsmanlike, and/or disruptive behavior on ANY of our teams can and any disregard for the guidelines listed result in academy suspension for 10 days or full expulsion from the club depending on the seriousness of the offense.

Coaches are not responsible for players after practice is over. Parents should be present in order to pick up the children once practice has
ended.
MEDICAL RELEASEI FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT SPORTS INVOLVE PHYSICAL CONTACT BETWEEN PLAYERS, THAT SERIOUS ACCIDENTS OCCASIONALLY OCCUR DURING SUCH SPORTING ACTIVITIES, AND THAT PARTICIPANTS IN SUCHSPORTING ACTIVITIES OCCASIONALLY SUSTAIN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURIES (INCLUDING DEATH) AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, THE RISKS OF INJURY AND ILLNESS (EX: COMMUNICABLE DISEASES SUCH AS MRSA, INFLUENZA, AND COVID-19) TO MYSELF AND/OR MY CHILD FROM THE ACTIVITIES INVOLVED IN THESE PROGRAMS ARE SIGNIFICANT, INCLUDING THE POTENTIAL FOR PERMANENT DISABILITY AND DEATH, AND WHILE PARTICULAR RULES, EQUIPMENT, AND PERSONAL DISCIPLINE MAY REDUCE THESE RISKS, THE RISKS OF SERIOUS INJURY AND ILLNESS DO EXIST AS A CONSEQUENCE THEREOF.
KNOWING THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATION, NEVERTHELESS, I HEREBY AGREE THAT MY MINOR CHILD AND I ASSUME THOSE RISKS AND RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS LESC SPIRIT FC AND THEIR AGENTS, SPONSORS, AND EMPLOYEES WHO (THROUGH NEGLIGENCE OR CARELESSNESS) MIGHT OTHERWISE BE LIABLE TO ME, MY MINOR CHILD (OR OUR HEIRS OR ASSIGNS) FOR DAMAGES.
-LESC is not responsible for admission in any hospital or medical facility for diagnosis and treatment, in case a parent cannot be located in an
emergency situation, as the legal parent, custodian, or guardian. I request and authorize that in my absence the student named in this document be transported and admitted to any hospital or medical facility for diagnosis and treatment. I understand that I have not been
given any guarantee as to the results of hospitalization or treatment.
-I further authorize LESC INTERNAZIONALE, its employees, officers, members, and volunteers to act in the above-named Student/participant
and to use their best judgment in providing transportation or arranging for emergency care in any urgent circumstances requiring medical attention.
-I understand that I am responsible to pay any bills that occur during such an emergency (transportation, medical care, medications, and others) and I accept the release of my personal information in doing so. I further authorize the hospital, medical, or care facility to dispose of
any specimen or tissue during the course of any diagnosis, treatment, or other normal or customary procedures.
-I understand this “terms and conditions, medical release and terms and conditions” document includes all activities related to and originating from participation and involvement with soccer formal and informal practices.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE RULES THAT ARE LISTED ON THE PREVIOUS in all 3 Pages of this contract AND PROMISE TO FOLLOW THEM IN ORDER TO BE A PART OF THIS ACADEMY.
